Budget, Credit and Homeownership Education

REACH offers financial, credit and housing counseling that includes budgeting, credit repair and general homeownership education on subjects like home maintenance, buying a home and the mortgage loan process. Counseling includes individual and group sessions and is available to participants in our down payment assistance programs as well as the general public.

Fresh Start Program

The program is designed to help persons who are denied checking accounts because of negative histories with the CHEX System. The REACH counselor will determine a course of action to correct the situation and work with the client to re-establish account privileges. Clients who complete the program will be issued a certificate of completion to be presented at a participating bank to open a new account.
