Through the program, you may be eligible for a forgivable, no-interest or low-interest loan for $15,000 to be used for down payment and closing costs. The homes can be located anywhere in Fayette County and are chosen by the clients, not by REACH. The maximum purchase price is $147,000 with the maximum appraisal amount being $147,000.
