REACH is recognized as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG). CHDO project experiences include:

• Acquisition & rehabilitation of existing units
• Construction of new housing units
• CHDO Planning

The REACH CHDO Advisory Board is comprised of low – to – moderate income citizens, the business community and public sector officials. The Advisory Board meets monthly and actively participates in the strategic planning & feasibility study of proposed REACH CHDO project activities.
