1st Homebuyer Orientations

Who: Persons interested in becoming 1st time homebuyers

What: Orientation provides information on REACH Homebuyer Education and Counseling Programs, as well as financial assistance for eligible homebuyers

When: Each Tuesday & Wednesday, 5:00–6:00 pm

Where: REACH Office, 733 Red Mile Road, Lexington

Why: Attendance at an orientation session is the required first step for potential 1st time homebuyers to enroll in the REACH program

Registration: Persons interested in attending an orientation must call the REACH Office to pre-register, and to reserve a seat. Approximately 20 clients can attend each session. Doors will open at 4:30 pm.

Costs: $20 for individual credit reports; $28 for joint credit reports.
