Counseling Fees

All potential recipients of the First KEY Program will be required to attend and complete budget, credit and homeownership education with REACH, Inc.

Payment for this service is required. All fees for the education are non-refundable regardless of completion of the program. The counselor will determine the readiness of potential REACH First KEY participants.

The fee for this service is $40 per meeting, with meetings lasting about one hour. (To help with this cost, financial aid may be available depending on eligibility and availability of funds).

Unless other arrangements are made, fees are due at each meeting.

The counseling fees you pay are applied toward your $500 closing costs. All fees are nonrefundable.

All fees need to be paid with a check or money order; no cash will be accepted. Please make all checks payable to REACH, Inc.
